It operates offline, eliminating the need for network connectivity during counting tasks, and allows users to export the collected data in CSV, XML, or PDF formats via email.

It supports seamless import and export of lists and items through CSV files, facilitating integration and data management. Additionally, the application enables printing of reports via AirPrint-compatible printers for tangible record-keeping.

The operation process is straightforward: users can create multiple inventory count lists, select a specific list to record stock items, and upon completion, send the list via email or print it directly. An alternative workflow allows users to receive a list via email, modify entries such as quantities or item details, and then finalize by emailing or printing the updated report.
